What types of properties do you photograph?

I photograph all types of rental properties – from cosy rental spare rooms to architecturally designed homes. I treat each property with the same care and attention to detail to make sure the unique features of every space are on display for holiday bookers to see. .

How should I prepare my property for the photo shoot?

Before the shoot, I recommend cleaning thoroughly, decluttering surfaces, making beds, and opening curtains to let in the natural light. But don’t worry, when you’ve booked I’ll send you a simple preparation checklist to ensure your property looks its best on camera.

Do you rearrange the space for the shoot?

No, I capture the property as it will be for guests. I might fluff up some cushions or more decorations to get them in shot, but all your furnishings will remain where you have them.

What regions do you photograph?

I am based in Christchurch but travel across the South Island. If you would like to make a booking but airbnb is located out of town, just drop me a message to arrange a date.

I have a degree in Architecture and I love capturing the interior details that make each home unique.
